Auxetic is a no-prompt marketing automation tool. Users upload materials such as pitch decks, white papers, brand narratives, marketing strategies, product roadmaps, OKRs, and customer personas to generate marketing outputs.
You agree to only upload documents that you have the right to use.
You understand that uploaded materials may be shared with third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Perplexity, Gemini, and others) to generate marketing content.
You acknowledge that Auxetic is not responsible for the confidentiality of any information you upload, and you should not upload any material you deem highly sensitive or confidential without understanding these risks.
Documents Collected: Auxetic collects the following types of documents: pitch decks, white papers, brand narratives, marketing plans, product roadmaps, OKRs, and customer journey maps.
Use of Data: Uploaded documents are used to power the marketing automation outputs and are shared with third-party AI providers.
Data Storage: Documents are stored permanently on Auxetic's servers unless you request deletion.
Deletion Requests: You can request the deletion of your uploaded documents by emailing vibes@auxetic.ai. We will endeavor to remove the documents from our servers and, where possible, instruct our service providers to do the same.
Auxetic respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Notice describes how we handle your information:
Information We Collect: We collect documents you upload, your account information (such as email address), IP address, usage data, and any communication you have with us.
How We Use Information: We use your data to provide and improve our Services, generate marketing outputs, respond to your requests, and communicate with you about service-related matters.
Sharing with Third Parties: Your uploaded documents and associated data may be shared with trusted third-party AI service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering the Services. We may leverage additional general AI models and services at any time without prior explicit disclosure.
Data Security: We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at vibes@auxetic.ai.
Data Retention: We retain your data as long as necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and Tracking: Auxetic may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor usage patterns and improve user experience.
Auxetic retains all rights to the Services, including any content generated through the Services. Your uploaded materials remain your property, but you grant Auxetic a license to use, process, and store them for the purposes described in these Terms.

Upload any material that infringes on the rights of third parties.
Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the Services.
Auxetic provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auxetic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and limits liability for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore, administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and adhering to their rules. This means that instead of going to court, the parties will agree to have a neutral third party (an arbitrator) decide the matter according to the SIAC's procedures.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Auxetic agrees to treat all documents and information you upload ("Confidential Information") as confidential and not to disclose it to any third party except as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including transmitting it to trusted AI service providers under confidentiality terms. Auxetic will not sell, publish, or otherwise disclose your Confidential Information for any other purpose.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that:
Confidential Information may be transmitted to third-party AI models (such as OpenAI, Perplexity, Gemini, and others) solely for the purpose of providing the Services;
Auxetic reserves the right to leverage additional general AI models and services at any time without prior explicit disclosure;
Auxetic cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of data once shared with third-party AI subprocessors;
You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded material is appropriate for such processing, and you assume any associated risks.
Auxetic implements reasonable security measures to protect Confidential Information during transmission and storage.
