🔍 Lessons Learned
- We need to guide users more intentionally.
Our no-prompt UX is unique, it’s fundamentally different from most AI tools with chat interfaces. Users need more guidance throughout the user experience. - Pricing is psychology.
Conversion vs. revenue is a tradeoff, and at this early stage, the priority is value delivery and retention, not just maximising capture. - Early community pays off.
The most engaged users are those we met during user interviews. Building in public isn’t just a nice idea, it’s a multiplier.
